Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spread

Recipe:

  1. Pour Wollundry Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a tub of any size.
  2. Freeze it (initially) until it’s frozen.
  3. Then, take it out and leave in the fridge.

Use it as a spread on your toast instead of margarine or butter.

If left out for too long, the top surface will go back to oil. If that’s the case, put it straight back into the fridge.
