Shipping and Returns

Shipping of products is a very important to us, especially when fragile products need to be transported over large distances. We ensure all orders shipped utilise the best methods possible with a minimum amount of risk.

What shipping service do you use?

For the majority of orders shipped we use Aramex, TNT Express or sometimes the Australia Post regular parcel service, depending on the order.

What is the cost of shipping?

Wollundry Grove Olives charges a standard fee for postage.  All online purchases attract a $22.00 flat shipping fee. This fee is for a maximum of 5 kg on the Eastern seaboard of Australia.

Is the delivery insured?

We make it compulsory that all orders are fully insured if delivered by Aramex and TNT Express only.

How long will it take to get my products?

Upon receival of your payment, when products ordered are in stock they are sent out directly to you, however, it can take between 2 - 7 working days depending on location. In cases where the wait may be longer due to unforseen circumstances, you will be contacted. We can experience delays over holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year.

Special Order Products

There are a number of products we make available that require a special order to be put through which can take a considerable amount of time. In this instance you will be contacted.

Returns

Please note. Do not sign if the item purchased is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must inspect the goods thoroughly before returning back to the courier. Notify Wollundry Grove Olives within 48 hours of delivery of the item.
